An ideal Studio for students or professionals. A fully-furnished single studio, with en-suite bathroom fully-equipped, with washing machine and a fully-equipped kitchen with eating table. The floor is covered with floor tiles, the walls are freshly painted, fully-airconditioned (heat & cool). Large windows allow sunlight to enter the studio. It has an office space & living room furniture with a smart TV. Completely renovated in August 2023.
Location & Directions
Located in the most vibrant area of the city center, in a safe environment with a highly social and exciting atmosphere. It is within walking distance of Universities, Colleges, the Thessaloniki International Fair, parks, the "old town", cultural points of the city and the waterfront. Next to the studio there are bus stops, bars, cafes, taverns and central roads with all kinds of shops.
